I am a certified Notary Signing Agent, and can provide online and mobile notarization services to individuals and real estate document signers at their homes, businesses, hospitals, banks, and more.

Fees for Loan Document Signings and Notarizations

As of May 1, 2019, the Secretary of State allows Indiana Notaries to charge $10 per signature for acknowledgments, oaths and affirmations, signature witnessing, verifications upon oath or affirmation, and copy certifications. Fees for notarial acts not specified are negotiable.

Indiana authorizes online Notaries to charge up to $25 per remote online notarization. Remote Notaries may charge a reasonable fee to recover the expense of making copies of electronic journal entries or audio-video recordings of remote notarial acts.

Fees for loan document signings range from $100 to $275 (and up). A standard e-docs package runs about $125 (for up to 350 pages for two sets). Fax backs (scanned and emailed) are charged at .22 each. The high end of the range could be due to extended travel, extensive number of pages within the document, extensive number of notarizations, the number of required fax backs, having to travel to more than one location to get all the signer's signatures, if more than two signers are involved, or if more than one loan is involved.

I am required to identify signers per the rules of the state of Indiana.
